bv? or std?

my ph is way off and there’s a smell I have had bv before and doc gave me the most disgusting pills ever but when i had it then there wasn’t a smell. I was also tested everything was neg. i’m going to urgent care bc I can’t get an appointment and i’m gonna have them test me but i’m so anxious could this be an std? also do they have more than one medicine they can prescribe those pills were unbearable and there’s so many!! i have no clue why it’s coming back. i’m not having sex and i’m drinking more water so i’m gonna see if it comes back this time (if it’s bv). I read you can become prone to it once you’ve had it before which sounds about right because since that first time it’s like it won’t stop but I never changed my diet or anything else.

nothing is itchy only a smell I use dr bronners soap could that be why
