Dog is acting weird?

So I’ve got an 8 year old dachshund. Since he was a puppy he’s been very cuddly and loves to sleep snuggled up to me. However, when I got pregnant he began to sleep on his own, leaving whenever I tried to move him closer to me at night. I’m 25 weeks now and somethings changed, he just can NOT be close enough to me. At night he will sit and cry until I let him underneath the blanket to be right beside me, especially near my belly. If there’s no room for him he literally lays ON TOP of me which he has never ever done before. Has anybody else’s animals acted strange during pregnancy? I’m just so confused as to why he’s acting like this

We have a mini (female) doxie and she has made it her job to protect my kids. As soon as my oldest was born, she never left her side. When she would cry, in her rocking bassinet, the dog would jump up and try to rock it to calm her down. There was an adjustment period tho. My dog would get jealous and pee in her room at times. But it’s hard to say why. Bc we also moved into a new house when the baby was only 13 days old.

My dog has never put his head on my belly before, and now he does. He does like to jump on me but I tell him down.  Also comes and lays on my bed in the morning and snuggles up to me

My pit is acting like a crazy ding dong. She only does it to my husband since she knows she can but she’s been busting her way out the front door, barking and growling at people and trying to attack other dogs. 😠 Idk what is wrong with her because she’s never acted like this. I’m taking her to the vet but I’m 25 weeks pregnant. Idk if it has something to do with the pregnancy but she started acting weird ever since I’ve been pregnant. 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s like they either get over protective or they don’t like you anymore. (That’s how I feel anyways 😂)

My dog sensed I was pregnant with my first before I even knew. He's not an affectionate dog but he came one. Followed me like a shadow, laid on and nudged my belly. They definitely know.

With my daughter my dog wanted nothing to do with my for the first half of my pregnancy but then the second half he was always under my feet and had to be as close to me as possible. This time he has been very anxious and always under my feet. He doesn’t get along well with my daughter and we have to keep them separate most of the time, he goes to the basement as needed to separate them and when we aren’t home and he has eaten through 2 wood gates my husband built,  two big pieces of the wall, ones of his beds, door molding since the beginning of this pregnancy.
