Pregnant or sick....

The past few days I’ve felt very nauseous and this morning I was puking bright green and then yellow for two hours then it went away...I took a cheap dollar test that came back negative two days ago and I have the implant so I don’t know if I’m overthinking and just have a stomach bug or if I should retest in a few days, last week I also had an unusual amount of white discharge, and I haven’t had my period in 5 weeks which is the longest I’ve gone without one since I got the implant in September. Also I really didn’t know what group to put this in so thank you for reading
