Reddish pinkish bleeding

When i used the restroom this morning I noticed some reddish pinkish bleeding in the toilet. I wiped and seen it on the toilet paper as well. My period is 9 days late I have a ob appointment on Monday. The last time I took a test was April 9th and it came back positive but very faint. My last period was in March. I have reddish pinking bleeding/spotting with mild cramps. Can this be implantation bleeding ? Please send baby dust this way me & my boyfriend are ready for our angel baby 🥺💗✨!
