Subchorionic Bleed

Hey ladies. 35 years old in the 10th week of my 4th pregnancy. I was diagnosed with a small subchorionic bleed just before my 9th week. I have no symptoms (no cramps, no bleeding). My OB did not seem super concerned about it, she just gave me some changes I needed to make (no sex - running - jumping - etc) until the next ultrasound; this Friday. I am kind of panicking. I already have anxiety & PPA because my first pregnancy & birth were hugely traumatic (28 weeker - HELPP - 68 day NICU stay). Have any other Mama’s experienced a subchorionic bleed; especially ones that went onto have have healthy pregnancies & births?
