Silly question - painting nails while pregnant?

This might be a ridiculous question but since my loss last year, I worry about every little thing.

I love painting my nails at home and was wondering if it's safe to do so.

I just painted them and for some reason I'm like...wait should I be doing this?

I use a "natural" nail polish free of all the yucky ingredients. I also try to do it with the windows open or outside if I can.

Also what about nail polish remover? I had to use a bit of it just now but I'm sitting outside and tried not to breathe it in.
