Trying for baby number two

Hi moms I’ve been trying to get pregnant again with baby number two any recommendations

I’ve been trying too regulate my cycle again and it’s been a couple months since I had a period and birth control is the only thing that the doctors will give me too regulate it they checked too see if I had PCOS with ultrasound I was told everything was healthy and that my hormones are just off balance Idk what else to do please help me out what should I do I have a daughter already that’s 15 months
