Brain mri results

I know its a long shot but hoping maybe I can get some reassurance from someone who has maybe experience simular to me. For about a year I havw experienced strange neuro symptoms and I have had to fight for an mri. My results came back 3 weeks later as "no action required" which apparently doesn't mean normal but is satisfactory 🤔 now my original report has been amended and I won't find out until Tuesday what it says! I'm worried sick im 25 my brain should be normal so why would it be satisfactory and then be amended meaning they have changed the results or report!? I suspected Multiple sclerosis which is why I had the mri unless they havw found something else? I'm terrified ive not slept properly all night
