Abuse?

Momma’s, I need suggestions..

This is the 2nd time in a row my two year old has came home and said his dad hit him or hit him with something and had a strange bruise.. the first time I called the cops and nothing was done. Please help me. Reaching out to his dad and confronting him about it terrifies me because I’m scared of what he may do to our child when he has to go back there for telling me..
