At 6m you don’t need to give a multivitamin unless your doctor has told you to for a condition that results in vitamin deficiency, and in that case they would be able to recommend one for your child’s specific needs. Breastmilk and formula provide almost all the nutrients a child needs through the first year of life, with the exception of vitamin D if breastfed.
