TW** miscarriage question

I am currently going through a miscarriage. Went in last Monday. Would have been 12 weeks but babys heart stopped and measurements put it at 9 weeks.. I opted to let it pass naturally as my body had already started the process. I passed my baby on Thursday (visible proof of baby) and lots of clots bleeding... fast forward to today I started having contraction like cramps and then lost another huge clot/ tissue.. my question is was this like the placenta or should I be calling my dr?
