Should i call him out on this?

My boyfriend and i drank a little last night, and well we got into an argument over snide comments that happened. We havent argued in months. For example, i was like “mm i wanna go take a shower. Im gonna go” then hes like “omg. Dont get your hair wet, because it smells and makes my pillow wet” this is a comment he made a few minutes before our full blown argument broke out. Not yelling just talking loud and stuff.

Thats just an example. He hasnt talked to me like that in months either, and no im not dirty, my hair doesnt smell. He literally runs his fingers thru my hair and had never minded my hair being wet when ive asked. (I have medium curly hair, i cant just blow-dry it easy. It will turn into a puff ball) and he doesnt get that. This morning when we woke up, we both apologized sincerely, and i apologized again for the things i said and did too.

We didnt name call or anything like that. Our relationship has been very happy and healthy. Idk but the alcohol made is get snappy at each other and i dont like some of the things he said. But then again i said some things too.
