Mice bad

We have mice bad. Im at whits end with this. House clean. Idk what to do. We catch them... it keeps multiplying .. we dont see them around but one once randomly... yest we catched a baby one... we put poision under the house... i know neighbors r filthy. Trash outside everywhere trash piled on porchs.. they have 5 dogs dont let them out. I know is filthy in there lasttime i seen it filthy...
