Themed halloween party vs free theme halloween party?

My friends are planning a halloween party but they want the theme to be gods and goddesses? They want everyone to be a different god/goddess. Tbh I think it’s lame lol. There are only so many different goddesses that you can differentiate and the most basic ones like athena and medusa have been taken. Y’all i just want to be a slutty white claw or something fun. Also with the theme, I feel like it’s more of a frat party 💀

I feel like a theme like that is pretty much only for cohesive instagram pics. But there are no one and tons of gods, not just from Greek mythology. You could still get super creative with it.

I personally hate restrictive theme parties bit if you wanna go there are a ton of goddesses. Look into Norse, Celtic, or Egyptian goddesses too. Some of the Norse goddesses look badass. Or be that person ro be in theme but with a twist and show up as a goddess from like a Zelda game or Hela feom Thor 3 or something. But in general there are tons and tons of gods and goddesses and a lot dress similar so just dress up and pick one you like if worst comes to worse. Sounds like a party thrown for Instagram photos though haha. I would probably be a away white claw or whatever if that's what you qant and find a different party. Sounds more fun lol
