How do I slow down my let down on one boob?
I am 6 weeks postpartum. My babe had a tongue tie early on that we then had clipped at 2 weeks. During that time my nipples were very sore, the right more than the left. I was in so much pain that I started feeding my babe on the left breast more than the right and would pump during the day. During the night, I did not pump on the right side (bad, I know). Now my left boob is significantly larger than the right and producing 7-8 oz. The right is producing the normal 3-4. My baby isn't eating enough to empty my breast especially the left. How do I get the left to slow down production? Or do I have to pump and feed on the right to match the left, knowing that then, I will be producing way more than needed on both sides?
