Shakes for weight loss
Hi moms,
I have decided to start my weight loss journey! I have like 50lbs to lose. Just started yesterday. I did some skip rope which killed my butt lol and today I walked 10,000 steps in 2 hours :) super proud of myself but I’m definitely feeling it now lol 😅😩
I’m slowly changing my eating habits and focusing more on my water intake.
What shakes/proteins do you recommend? Of course ones that are safe while breastfeeding. I’d like to maybe replace a meal every so often I sometimes don’t have time for lunch and that’s where I would typically indulge.
