Multiple abortion?

So let me start off by saying last November I was pregnant at 6 weeks I was bleeding a lot and it was a miscarriage unfortunately I was bleeding too much the hospital performed a abortion at the Time I was sad and upset but now the way my life is set up it was for the best I didn’t have another baby right now

Well now I’m late once again and debating if I should get a abortion I just started a new job my son is very clingy and I have no babysitter for a newborn baby

Would it be safe to have a another abortion right after 5 months of having one ?
