Eating help

Hey y’all. I’m a stay at home mom with a 2 year old and an 8 month old. Lately I’ve gained some weight. And I’m not eating that badly. I do have a thyroid issue I’m on medication for hut it’s under control. Idk why I’m gaining weight. I eat healthy. Chicken, salad, protein, not a lot of carbs. I’m 5’2 and now 180. I was 170 after pregnancy so idk what’s happening. What do y’all eat to stay in check!? I think I need advice. Thank you.
