Please Help Me!

Breast feeding has been such a struggle for me. My supply fluctuates and today have had to supplement with some formula because I couldn’t keep up with the milk and my right breast/nipple is so sore that I cannot attempt to pump right now.

I’m afraid what will happen if I go all night without pumping. Will I wake up with mastitis? Can I go all night without pumping? What should I do? I have heating pads, nipple cream, and a little massager thing.

Please someone help me, I’m so afraid what my breasts will feel like in the am if I don’t pump, but I cannot pump my right breast is at its breaking point and I’m getting sharp pains.
