Mother’s Day with a narcissist mother in law 🥰

I’m honestly dreading tomorrow. I should be happy, but it makes me even more sad seeing husbands treating their wife good and being an example to their kids

I wanted to spend Mother’s Day with my husband and kids, who doesn’t? My MIL messaged my husband telling him he’s going to church 2 hrs from our home and to bring the kids

They are having a cookout and swimming after. You know, it’s already bad that we don’t go to church together because she doesn’t want him going with me as a family but to take that whole day from me?? And not letting me be with the kids I birthed

😭🥺 I’m over it! I don’t even feel like a mom. My husband said he’s going and we can maybe have it another day, which means never because he’s always working
