Is this my mucus plug? And if you think it is how long will it be till labor starts?

Looks like a tiny tiny piece of it. 
It doesn't indicate that labor is about to start... It may even regenerate.

Eh not really in my opinion. It could be a tiny piece which can happen later in pregnancy but this doesn't indicate labor starting. Losing large pieces of mucus plug happens during labor.
