My baby’s hands are normally like this all the time. They have relaxed some, but my pediatrician said it will happen throughout time. Well he manages to wiggle his hands out of his swaddle no matter how tight we get. He’s down for a nap right now. Help?

Just don't swaddle the arms. Personally I would also drop having anything on his hands.

In my area, they strongly suggest not using mittwns also, hands in mouth calm them. 🤷‍♀️
But I would not swaddle the hands if baby doesn't like it.
I didn't swaddle my son at all, because it didn't make any difference to him.

Also there is a Swaddelini. I really liked this one but switched to the arms up one because he preferred it. But he HAS to be swaddled because he has a strong startle reflex. 
Both are a bit spendy though and prove why I shouldn’t spend so much time watching tik tok videos 😂

Try the Love to Dream swaddle if baby sleeps better swaddled but likes have her hands up.

None of my 3 children were swaddled and they slept fine
