Who else is super sleep deprived with a newborn?

Question

How do you cope with the lack of sleep ? Does anyone have any tips or tricks to help with a fussy baby ? I tired gas drop switching to a sensitive formula and burping them for longer, but he still cries. I’m on my own at night and don’t have anyone to help me.

Wireless headphones and a good tv show. That’s how I made it through the first year after birth

I’m also alone at night and it gets quite lonely and frustrating with crying baby.. but we will all get through this!! :) 
I tried using one of those little devices that you put on the bed to make it vibrate slightly. My LO def likes that to help her fall asleep. Another thing is light machines, like ones from fisher-price, that project lights and images on the ceiling with soothing music/white noise. I’m not sure if it works for everyone but it did for me.

Learning the difference between active sleep and waking up made a huge difference. 
There were times I thought she was waking, but was actually just in active sleep and I was waking her! 
Make sure your swaddling (until 8 weeks old), white noise, and dark room. 
It does get better. Hang in there!
