Clogged Ducts

How do i get rid of a super stubborn clog? it started forming last night and I tried all my usual tricks and none of them worked. i have an oversupply so my clogs are usually very large. husband is out of town and i need to clear this asap before it turns into mastits i have the baby myself until Sunday and it hurts to pick up him. I’ve already tried using my haakaa with epsom salt, pumping just on that side, I take sunflower lecithin already, I have a frida mom warming massager and that didn’t work either. Help me 😭
