Cramping/BH with any moderate movement
Hi Ladies,
Curious to get your opinion on this. For the past week I’ve been noticing lots of cramping and Braxton Hicks. They get worse when I do any kind of moderate movement.
Today, I was doing the dishes/cleaning kitchen and it started to get really bad again.
Should I just ignore these cramps and keep doing my normal routine or should I stop doing any kind of activity? I’ve sent a note to my dr as well.
Also, note I drink a TON of water, so don’t think it’s caused by this.
