Hcg not looking good

So I’m supposed to be 9 weeks today but in my last ultrasound baby measured 1 week less.

My hcg did not double at all especially this last blood work

We saw a HB of 135 on May 5 ( I was supposed to be 8.3 weeks but baby measured 6.3 weeks)

Every post I’ve read here ended up in miscarriage…. It is just sad and I feel anxious because I’m abroad right now and even though I can get checked by a dr. Here I just can’t enjoy these days.
