9 weeks nauseous

This is embarrassing but I’m 9 weeks pregnant and I’ve been throwing up. I used to be able to throw up without peeing but my first pregnancy changed that lol. Everytime i throw up, i pee a bit….That resulted to me just sitting on the toilet and throwing up in a bag so i won’t wet myself. BUT when I do throw up this way, I notice my lower stomach hurts… like a bad strain pain. I don’t know if it’s just cause I’m throwing up or the way I’m positioned while throwing up but Can this hurt my baby?
