Stabbing pain

I’m 6+1 and today I’ve had stabbing type pains which have me a bit concerned. My first pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 10+4 and my second gave us our rainbow boy. Still anxious especially in early pregnancy.

I dont remember having this with either previous pregnancy?
