Texan social media law, consequences?

Just read this article below.

I am not only seeing a technical issue (how to uphold this law? Are texan users of this app now allowed to post just anything, but others not?)

I also see a safety issue.

I am all for free speech, however free speech is not the same as just being allowed to say everything. Admittedly it can be a thin line, but some posts, like the ones mentioned in the article, should be prohibited.

Now people can call for violence, post photos of little children, post addresses and let's not open the can of worms regarding misinformation. (Please correct me if I misunderstood this consequence of this law)

What are your thoughts in regards to this law?
