hip joint pain, any advice?
I usually weight lift with some cardio etc. recently I’ve had hip joint pain & today would be day 7 of not going to the gym. I really really want to go today because I’m going crazy. My hip still hurts quite a bit when I walk and put weight on that leg.
I really didn’t want to go to the doctor, but I will if I have to. should I continue to miss the gym until it’s 100% better??? or is it fine if I go lift some weights but take it easy. I just don’t want it to get worse, but I’ve got fitness goals I want to achieve. AHH
