picked at ingrown hair

advice! help! so i had an ingrown hair/pimple on my inner labia. once i noticed it i started picking at it. i am not sure exactly what happened but now it looks like this and every time i wipe it kind of stings. i picked at it a lot late friday night (it’s now tuesday night) and i’m nervous that it just won’t heal. i have put antibiotic cream on it and have been very careful with keeping it dry the past few days. i just don’t know what to do at this point. :/
