Do I say something ?

I have a friend that always messages me about guys she dating, messaging etc. She always asks for advice or just vent and she tells me things like she’s more chill this time but then texts me and freaks out that a guy hasn’t messaged her. But when I tell her my advice she does the complete opposite. It’s really doing my head in. She’ll say do you think I should message and I’ll go no don’t and then she’ll message. She’ll say oh he’s busy but then complains about why is he not messaging. And goes on to say I hate how inconsistent guys are.

I don’t want to sound like a bad friend but I’m sick of hearing it. It’s the same thing and I give her my side and she continues the same thing like why ask in the first place. Do I bring it up to her, because it’s draining on my end.
