How to get “over” a narcissist ?

I am so heartbroken. I don’t know how to get over this hurt. I’m 28 weeks pregnant. My babies dad left me and went back to his ex. He is known for doing this. We have a past, we were married 4 years then separated for 2 and he had gotten with her. He would always try coming back and I wouldn’t let him and this time I did after 2 years. He is a piece of shit I knew it all along and still gave in. He had left his ex with a 5 month old baby and now me pregnant. She took him back! I just don’t understand how people can be so low and heartless, his family was behind this too. I’m so depressed and I feel so bad for my baby girl but I know that narcissist pos needed to leave my life now..

Why is it every time a relationship breaks up, the man is a narcissist?  Is there narcissistic viruses floating around in the air only infecting men in relationships or maybe the term is just getting over used?  
As far as your situation goes, it sounds like you knew he was with this woman and that they had a 5 month old baby when you allowed him to come back to you. He left an a woman with an infant, so you shouldn’t be shocked that he left you with a fetus. 
I’m quite sure he will be dragging is sorry tail back to you once he gets into arguments with the other woman. In all honesty maybe y’all should just be a thruple. At least the children will have their father around. Plus you’re already sharing him 🤷🏾‍♀️.

Well my usual advice would be block him, delete all pics, and focus on yourself. But bc that you’re pregnant, it’s hard to hot do that bc he needs to be a father. You shouldn’t let him back in your life romantically and just be mindful that if you do, you’ll be hurt again.
