Spotting? Implantation? Period?

My period is due to start today, or yesterday, or tomorrow. Last night (TMI............) I had an orgasm and a couple hours later when I peed there was the slightest pink hue, it was very faint, like i had to squint to see it lol. Figured it kick started the period.

Anyway, today first pee was when I felt a wetness like period was starting and went to the washroom just to see a tiny droplet on underwear, when I wiped it was very very light pink. Next pee, toilet paper had a very small amount of brown, next to nothing.

By noon I typically need a pad by then, every second pee was clean toilet paper and the others very little brown specks. By the end of the day I had the equivalent of 3 tiny tiny droplets hit my underwear.

Is this a common start of period? Could this be implantation? How did your implantation spotting look like?

How long would it last?
