I'm super proud of myself. I've finally gotten back into a routine and have been doing HIIT and Tabata workouts on YouTube 3x a week for 20 mins, and going for a walk or bike ride every night. My abs are finally coming back. I fell off the wagon over winter and started to gain weight. I've been taking 10k steps or more everyday and I work from home so that's a huge thing for me! You can do it ladies! I'm almost 3 yrs postpartum π€ I'll be 30 this month and wanted to get into the best shape ever to show I can even at 30 π€£
