Should I go?

Just ended a 4 year relationship due to infidelity. Our anniversary is on Memorial Day. It’s been hard as hell, y’all. And it’s gonna be even harder on that day. But I’ve just been invited on a girl’s trip to Tampa, FL for that whole Memorial Day weekend. I would just need to pay for my flight. Hotel is already paid for. But I kinda hinted to my other friend (friend 1) that I would go our other friend’s (friend 2) brunch. Me and the other friend (2) aren’t close but I told my friend (1) that I may go since there’s no anniversary to celebrate anymore. I’m afraid of flights but I wanna go enjoy myself and take my mind off things. Typing this it sounds silly to even be asking. But what would you do?
