Spotting, maybe from shaving

So I’m almost 32 weeks pregnant and figured I’d take my other kids to a splash pad for a few hours this morning. I was blindly trimming down there with an electric trimmer and definitely felt some “scratches” occurring. I went to the bathroom a few minutes later and there was some spotting when I wiped. Some was fresh blood and some was tinted mucus. It wasn’t a lot at all but enough to get me concerned. I took a little hand-held mirror and tried to see if I could visibly see any cuts or active bleeding but I can’t. I’ve been laying down since and haven’t noticed any more bleeding yet.

Do you think it’s safe to assume it was just a nick from shaving or does this warrant a call to the OB?
