Watching birthing videos
So I recently stumbled on a birthing video and it made me feel some Weird type of way. The first time I saw someone giving birth I was 18 working at hospital and it completely traumatized me. I’m scared to even get pregnant now and have to go through it. But I don’t know it kinda make my uterus contract when I watch birthing videos? Does this happen to anybody else?
