screeching screaming anf hitting

anyone else going through temper tantrums yesterday was the worst one ive had it was at home and towards bedtime so she was probably tired but she screameeeed because i wouldnt let her have johnsons baby oil because i think its brought her chest out in a rash. She tried to hit me and bite me.

This morning she wont walk downstairs holding hands which is cool but halfway down she turns around and runs back upstairs this happened 3 times before eventually i said u have to hold hands now as your not coming down again she got so mad and hit me so i just scooped her up and carried her downstairs for our safety really as shes messing on the stairs. I try positive punishment gentle parenting but first thing in the morning its hard
