Hi! Endometriosis can cause painful cramps, back spasms, pain during sex, pain during ovulation,  extremely painful periods, and in some cases infertility.It is when the tissue on the inside of uterus grows on the outside of your uterus and in some cases it can spread to other organs most commonly the intestines. It is found by a surgery called laparoscopy. This is also how it is treated! It is actually non curable but can be controlled with a healthy diet excercise, and either birth control or natural pills.
