Help me figure out my right ovulation day

So my cycle got fucked up this month and I have no idea when my period is coming now or when I ovulated. I’m not trying to convince and I normally try to just avoid sex on my fertile window, but I don’t know if I did this month.

My April period came 10 days earlier than it was supposed to, my average cycle rotates from 29 to 34 days, my March cycle was my 34 day cycle so my April would have been the 29 day cycle if my period wasn’t early.

My April period was scheduled for the 25-30th. It came on the 14th-19

I haven’t gotten a period yet so obviously I ovulated later in the month of may, can anyone help me figure out when my ovulation would have happened? (I edited glow to give me a more accurate idea on when my period is due this month) but uh still no sign (plus three neg pregnancy tests tell me I’ll get my period eventually)
