C section advice
Does anyone have any c section prep/recovery advice? My labor and delivery with my first was awful and resulted in sever pelvic floor damage and a 4th degree tear 🙃 so this baby will be a scheduled c section. I’m really nervous as I’ve read recovery can be very hard, and this time around I’ll have a toddler.
