Abdomen Tender - 4 weeks - Concerned

I found out this week that I am pregnant, and right now I’m only 4 weeks. This morning I noticed a spot on my lower abdomen that is tender when I rub my hand over it. The pain isn’t terrible, but it seemed strange that it hurt to touch that one spot. Anyone had this in early pregnancy? It seems to early to be stretching, but I’m not sure. I had a loss last year, so it feels impossible to not worry about every little thing. Thank you in advance!
