Such a dumb question

My partner and I stopped using all cannabis when we started trying to conceive. I am now 7.5 weeks pregnant and he was thinking about taking one edible and watching a movie with me.

I am being super careful, not drinking or even taking any otc meds. If he takes one and we have sex in the near future, should we be concerned about his semen? He still drinks a bit and I am not overly concerned about his semen for that.

Am I being overly crazy? The right amount of crazy? Or is this not even a thing.

If he does take one- should we wait an extended period of time before we have sex?
