Hair problems 😩

My hair doesn’t hold any colour for long, I done a dark brown and it’s went back to this which was coloured after I was platinum blonde which I know has done a lot of damage, my hair creases and feels like straw. My hair is naturally thin and silky.

Even my natural roots don’t seem to hold colour which is strange to me… why does that happen?

I cut it super short to get rid of most of the damage and would love long hair again so would be a shame if I need to cut again. What should I do? Any advice appreciated. Thanks in advance 😊
