Four bedrooms with 3 kids…where should I put everyone? I need a play room. What would you do?

So right now my two kids (ages 3 and 1) each have their own room. this is what they’re used to. I’ve tried to have my two kids sleep together a handful of times and it was bad. It never worked out. I now have another little one on the way.

We have four bedrooms total (so we technically do have the room for everyone to have their own room), BUT with that spare room I use it for a play room and it will eventually be a homeschool room as well. For my sanity, I would much rather keep it as a toy room. I Know for the first few months baby will be in my room and I still am newly pregnant so I have almost a year and a half to worry about this, but I just don’t know what I should do and it’s stressing me out.

By then my two kids should be old enough, but they’re used to their own rooms so I feel bad. Also it’s a boy and a girl. I don’t know if I should just put my baby with my youngest and let our oldest have his own room?
