When did you start buying baby clothes

Thinking of buying a little baby onsie for announcing to my partner x just curious when you guys bought clothes

I never did🤪 You get soooooo many clothes as gifts.  Even my second, who I obv didn’t have a shower for… 8 months old and we still haven’t purchased anything for him. Except a swimming suit the other day actually!

I’m 36 weeks just had my baby shower a couple weeks ago, and I haven’t bought any clothes for my little girl. My husband had a co worker that gave us a lot of clothes too after he found out we were having a girl. Also since I just had the baby shower and didn’t even put any clothes on the registry we still got a ton of baby clothes cause people are just going to buy them no matter what😆
