When should I start

Hey guys so we plan on trying for baby #2 in November December so should I go ahead and order conceive plus pills and start taking them in July bc I think your supposed to take them 90 days before you try for a baby if I’m not mistaken so when should I start taking them ? Also guys I just realized yesterday that since I had our son I’ve lost 35 lbs ! That’s incredible that’s a freakin milestone for me but I didn’t realize that bc no one had ever said anything but yea :) !!!!!
