Has anybody been reinfected with covid? Were the symptoms milder than the first time you had covid?

Ugh man I got covid again and I’m on my second day and it’s just now getting really uncomfortable to sleep. My mucous is very thick (tmi) so it makes it difficult to sleep since I feel like I’m suffocating. I keep waking up in a shock so I elevated my pillows which helped a little. Not looking forward to what’s to come but I hope it’s milder than last time because I felt extremely horrible last time with terrible fevers and coughing

I was pregnant the first time I had it and didn’t really have any symptoms, felt like a head cold.. got tested because it was required for work and hardly believed it until I lost my smell a couple days later!! Hoping it stays mild for you

Got it 3 times and I'm pretty sure I had a different strain each time because the symptoms were very different

It was definitely different then the first time I got it…first was like a cold and lost my smell and taste. Second time was like a flu with fever and congestion but that only lasted for 2 days thank god

My husbands best friend and his wife just got Covid for a second time. She is 💯 vaccinated and boostered. She has very severe symptoms just like the first time. Her husband isn’t vaccinated at all and his symptoms both times are extremely mild.

Mine was different the second time but still mild, I was also pregnant when I got it again and I’m almost positive it was a different variant. The first time I just lost my taste and smell and that was it. The second time it felt like a common cold. (Cough, congestion) everyone in my family who got it the same time I did (my second time) had the exact same symptoms. My husband had it both times, the same time as me and was super sick the first time. The second time he only had mild cold like symptoms.
