Waking up with headaches everyday…any ideas what it could be?

I do wake up in the middle of the night constantly with a stuffy nose, I’m also Very thirsty and it’s dry in my house (at least that’s how I feel). It’s not just me that is very thirsty in the morning - my husband wakes up with a slight sore throat at times .

I’m thinking this is probably why. I do run a humidifier sometimes in my room, but I also have an air purifier, so it takes out a lot of the mist. I think maybe I should get a humidifier on my furnace.
